18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement
All visual content displayed on peaches.chat is 100% generated by artificial intelligence. It depicts no real human being. No actual person, whether performer, model, or otherwise, appears in any image or video on this site.
Because no real human being is depicted, no visual depiction on this site constitutes "actual sexually explicit conduct" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), and the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply. No records are required to be kept, and none exist to be kept.
Exemption statement
Every image, video, avatar, and character portrait on peaches.chat is synthetically produced by generative AI models. No photograph, film, videotape, or digitally recorded likeness of any real person is used, uploaded, reproduced, or displayed. There are no performers, no productions, and no filming, and therefore no performers whose identity or age could be recorded.
Accordingly, peaches.chat is exempt from the record-keeping and labelling obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, on the grounds that the content is wholly computer-generated and contains no depiction of an actual human being.
All characters are adults
Every fictional character generated or displayed on this site is depicted as an adult aged 18 years or older. Character designs, prompts, and generated outputs are constrained and filtered to that end. Any content that sexualises a minor, or a character presented as a minor, is strictly prohibited, is blocked by the Service's safety systems, and results in immediate termination of the account and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
No real persons
No character on this site represents, depicts, or is intended to resemble any real person, living or dead, including public figures. Generating or requesting content depicting a real, identifiable person violates our Terms of Use. Any resemblance between AI-generated output and a real individual is unintentional and coincidental.
User-supplied material
Members can write text for the characters they create, but the Service does not accept, host, display, or distribute photographic or video material uploaded by users. All media presented on the site originates from the Service's own generative models.
Access is restricted to adults
peaches.chat is an adults-only service. An 18+ age affirmation is presented before entry, and accounts identified as belonging to minors are terminated. See our Terms of Use.
