Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy
This policy explains how peaches.chat prevents, identifies and responds to human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced activity and solicitation. These practices cause serious harm and are strictly prohibited. Because the Service is accessible globally and involves member-written content and payments, we apply enhanced safeguards; this policy defines the prohibited conduct, how to report it, how we enforce it, and how we cooperate with authorities and financial partners. It applies to every person who uses the Service and to all activity conducted on or through it, wherever the person is located. It operates alongside, and independently of, our Terms of Use and our Content Policy, Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals.
Zero tolerance
Solmark Interactive LLC maintains a zero-tolerance position on human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced or deceptive recruitment, and any activity that enables, advertises, arranges or profits from the exploitation of a person. No exception is made for any user, partner or third party.
Definitions
Human trafficking means recruiting, transporting, harbouring, transferring or receiving a person by force, fraud, coercion, abduction or abuse of power for the purpose of exploitation.
Sex trafficking means causing a person to take part in a commercial sex act through force, fraud or coercion, or where the person is under 18.
Sexual exploitation means taking advantage of a person's vulnerability, dependence or trust for sexual purposes, whether or not money changes hands.
Solicitation means offering, seeking or arranging commercial sexual services, in-person meetings for sexual purposes, or escort services.
What the Service is, and is not
Every character on peaches.chat is fictional and generated by our own AI models. The Service has no performers, creators, models or contributors, accepts no photo or video uploads, and does not allow any member to supply the image or identity of a real person. There is no facility for members to contact each other, arrange meetings or exchange payment. These design choices are deliberate: they remove the mechanisms through which trafficking and exploitation occur on user-generated platforms.
Prohibited conduct
The following is prohibited in every part of the Service, including character names and descriptions, prompts, chat messages and any other text a member can write:
- Advertising, offering, requesting or arranging commercial sexual services, escort services, or in-person meetings for sexual purposes.
- Recruiting, grooming or attempting to contact any person for sexual or commercial purposes.
- Depicting, describing or normalising trafficking, forced sexual activity, coercion, debt bondage or the sale of a person.
- Using the Service to communicate with, locate or arrange access to a real person.
- Any content involving a person under 18, or an adult character presented as a minor.
- Sharing contact details, payment handles, locations or links whose purpose is to move any of the above off the Service.
How we enforce this policy
- Free-text fields, prompts and chat messages are screened on our servers by automated filters and AI safety models for the conduct above, and chat replies are screened again before they are shown. Blocked requests are logged.
- Characters a member creates are private to that member and are never shown to other members. Any character can be reported by anyone.
- A member who breaches this policy has the content removed and the account closed without refund. Where the conduct suggests a real person may be at risk or a crime may have been committed, we preserve the relevant records and report to law enforcement.
- Violations may result in immediate removal of the content, suspension or termination of the account, and notification to law enforcement authorities or our financial partners.
Responsibilities
Ours. Solmark Interactive LLC designates a compliance lead who owns this policy and reviews it at least once a year and whenever laws or card network rules change. Everyone who reviews reports or content is trained to recognise indicators of trafficking, exploitation and solicitation and to escalate them. We screen member text before anything is generated, review reports under this policy as urgent, and keep records of reports, removals and enforcement actions.
Members'. Members must not use the Service for any conduct this policy prohibits, must not attempt to work around our filters, and should report anything that suggests a real person may be at risk.
Cooperation
- We cooperate with law enforcement and respond to valid legal process. Where conduct suggests a real person may be at risk or a crime may have been committed, we preserve the relevant records and report it to the appropriate authorities.
- Any apparent child sexual exploitation is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
- We notify our payment partners and the card networks of enforcement actions where required, and provide records of reports, removals and enforcement actions to them on request.
Reporting suspected violations
Anyone can report suspected trafficking, exploitation or solicitation on the Service. You do not need an account and you can report anonymously.
- Use the online report form and choose "Trafficking, exploitation or solicitation", or email support@peaches.chat with the subject line "Trafficking report", or write to Solmark Interactive LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Include the page address or character name and what you saw.
- Reports under this policy are treated as urgent. The reported content is removed immediately on receipt, before any further review, and we resolve the report within 5 business days. Decisions can be appealed under our Appeals process.
- If a person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, the National Human Trafficking Hotline is available 24 hours a day at 1-888-373-7888, by text at 233733, or at humantraffickinghotline.org.
