Content Policy, Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals
This page describes what content exists on peaches.chat, how it is created and reviewed, what is never allowed, and how anyone can report content or ask for it to be removed, and how to appeal a decision. It applies to every part of the Service, including areas that require a subscription.
How content is created
Catalogue characters. The characters in our catalogue are created by our team. Their portraits and clips are generated by our own AI models from written descriptions. Their names, biographies and greetings are fictional and written by us. No catalogue image is based on a photograph of a real person.
Member-created characters. Members can build a character in the Create flow by choosing from preset options (style, appearance, personality, voice) and writing short text fields. The portrait is generated by our models from those selections. The Service does not accept photo or video uploads from members, and no member can supply a reference image of any person.
Chat and generated media. Conversations, images and voice messages requested inside the Service are produced by the AI models the Service uses, for the member who requested them, and every generated image is checked by an automated vision review before it is shown. The Service does not generate video. Every character is depicted as an adult, and the age fields in our system only accept values of 21 or older.
What is not allowed
The following may not be created, requested, published or shared on the Service, whether in a character, a prompt or a chat message:
- Any depiction or description of a person under 18, or any content that presents an adult character as a minor, including through age, school, family or body-size cues.
- Content that depicts or describes non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, incapacitation (including through alcohol or drugs), or violence presented as sexual.
- Sexual content involving family members, including step-family relationships.
- The likeness, name or identifying details of a real person, including public figures, without their documented consent.
- Content involving animals, bodily waste, or bodily harm, including gore and extreme violence.
- Content that promotes or depicts the use of illegal drugs, or that combines sexual content with alcohol or intoxication.
- Content that promotes or enables human trafficking, sexual exploitation, solicitation, escort services or arranging real-world meetings (see our Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy).
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Text or names that infringe someone else's intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademark.
Such content is removed promptly upon discovery or notification. Our Terms of Use make these rules a condition of using the Service. Accounts that break them are closed.
How content is reviewed and monitored
- Every catalogue character, portrait and clip is reviewed by a member of our team before it is published.
- Character creation uses preset options with a fixed vocabulary. Free-text fields, prompts and chat messages are screened server-side by automated filters for the prohibited categories above, and blocked requests are logged (see How we enforce this).
- Image requests, from the Generate screen, a chat or the Create flow, pass the same server-side filters before anything is generated, and each generated image is reviewed by automated vision models before it is shown; an image that may show a minor, an animal in a sexual context or violence is withheld.
- Any character can be reported by anyone, using the Report link on the character page, the online report form, or the contacts below. Every report is reviewed by a person.
- We keep records of removals, complaints and the action taken, and we make those records available to our payment partners on request.
How we enforce this
- Every chat message, image prompt and character text field is screened on our servers, and every chat reply is screened again before it is shown: nothing reaches the screen until both the request and the reply pass. The check in your browser is only a first pass; the server decides.
- Chat is screened across the whole conversation, not one message at a time. Something mentioned earlier (for example a pet, a family member, someone's age or school, alcohol or drugs, or a real person) stays in view for the rest of the conversation, so a request that only becomes prohibited because of what came before is still refused.
- A second automated safety model reviews the recent conversation for sexual content involving minors, sex crimes, violence and other prohibited material.
- Prohibited requests are refused. In chat the character declines and the conversation is marked as restricted, so further attempts in that conversation are refused too.
- Every refused request is logged with its time, the part of the Service it came from, the category and a short excerpt. Our team reviews these logs, and they are available to our payment partners on request.
- Repeated attempts can lead to restriction of the account, and to its closure under "Members who break the rules" below.
Reporting a complaint
If you believe content on the Service violates our policies or applicable law, or you want content reviewed or removed, contact us by email, online form or mail. You do not need an account.
- Email: support@peaches.chat with the subject line "Content removal request"
- Online form: peaches.chat/legal/report (also linked from every character page)
- Mail: Solmark Interactive LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
Please include your name and contact information, the address of the page (it starts with peaches.chat) or the character name, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. If you are reporting content that depicts you, say so; we do not require you to prove identity before we act on such a request, only to tell us where the content is.
Review and resolution
- All complaints are reviewed by trained personnel. We acknowledge receipt of every report within 24 to 48 hours, investigate the reported content, take appropriate action, and resolve every valid complaint within 5 business days.
- Content that is illegal, that depicts a minor, or that you tell us depicts you without your consent is removed immediately on receipt, before any review of the rest of the report.
- Reports of intimate imagery of a real person are handled within 48 hours of receipt, in line with the TAKE IT DOWN Act.
- Actions may include removing content, requesting additional information, or suspending or closing accounts that violate our policies.
- If we decide not to remove content, we tell you why. Any complaint or removal decision can be appealed under the Appeals section below.
- Copyright notices and counter-notices follow the separate process on our DMCA and Copyright Policy page.
Appeals
If you believe content has been removed, restricted or moderated in error, you may appeal. Anyone affected by a decision under this policy can appeal it. That includes a complainant whose report we declined, and a member whose character, prompt, message or generated media was removed, restricted or moderated.
- Email support@peaches.chat with the subject line "Appeal", or use the online form and choose "Appeal a decision". Include the page address or character name, the decision you are appealing, and why you believe it was wrong.
- We acknowledge every appeal within 24 to 48 hours and a person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it within 5 business days.
- If the content is found to break our Terms of Use or applicable law, it stays removed. If it complies with our policies, it is restored where appropriate.
- If you disagree with the outcome of our review, you may request an independent review by a neutral third party. The review is conducted at the merchant's expense: we appoint the reviewer and pay for the review. Following completion of the review process, the decision is final.
Members who break the rules
A member whose character, prompt or message is removed under this policy receives a notice. A second removal, or a single removal involving a minor or a real person, closes the account without refund, as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
