How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings in the app and choose Cancel subscription, or email support@peaches.chat from the address used at checkout and ask us to cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal immediately; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I get a refund?
Email support@peaches.chat with the date and amount of the charge and the email used at checkout. Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the charge. We would rather resolve a problem directly than have you file a dispute.
What will the charge look like on my statement?
Charges appear on your statement as PEACHES. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact support before disputing it and we will identify it for you.
Are these real people?
No. Every character, portrait, and video on Peaches is fictional and generated by AI. No character depicts a real person, and all characters are depicted as adults aged 21 or older. See our 2257 statement.
How do I delete my account and data?
Choose Delete account in Settings: it clears everything stored in your browser and opens an email to us so we can delete the rest. You can also email support@peaches.chat from your account email address. We complete deletion within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
Something in a conversation looked wrong
Email support@peaches.chat with a screenshot so we can tune the system. To report a character or content that breaches our Terms of Use, use the online report form or the same address with the page address and the character name. We acknowledge reports within 24 to 48 hours and resolve valid complaints within 5 business days, as set out in our Content Policy, Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals.
How do I report a copyright complaint?
Send a notice to our copyright contact as described in the DMCA and Copyright Policy, including the page address and character name. Complete notices are acted on promptly.
