Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Solmark Interactive LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company ("Solmark", "we", "us"), which operates Peaches at peaches.chat (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Adults only (18+)
Peaches is an adult service intended solely for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By accessing the Service you affirm that you meet this requirement. An age affirmation is presented before entry, and accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately.
2. AI-generated content, no real persons
Every character, conversation, image and video on Peaches is fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. No character represents, depicts, or is intended to resemble any real person, living or dead. No human being appears in any visual content on the Service, and no human is on the other side of a conversation.
All fictional characters are depicted as adults aged 18 or older. See our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.
AI output is generated on demand and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. Any resemblance between generated content and a real person, place or event is unintentional and coincidental.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you register, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. One person, one account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing and auto-renewal
- Peaches Premium and Peaches Pro are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly at the price displayed at checkout, in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
- Your payment method is charged when you confirm the purchase, and again at the start of each renewal period at the then-current rate, until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time. Open Settings in the app and choose Cancel subscription, or email support@peaches.chat from the address used at checkout. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
- Petal packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew.
- Petals are a digital entitlement, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited on account closure.
- Charges appear on your statement as PEACHES. If you do not recognise a charge, contact support@peaches.chat before disputing it and we will identify it for you.
- Prices may change; any change applies from your next renewal and is notified in advance.

5. Acceptable use
You may not use Peaches to generate, request, write, or attempt to elicit:
- Any content that sexualises or depicts a minor, or a character presented as a minor. This is prohibited absolutely and is reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Content depicting, naming, or engineered to resemble any real, identifiable person, including public figures.
- Non-consensual, incestuous, bestial, or violent sexual scenarios.
- Content that harasses, defames, defrauds, impersonates, or threatens any person.
- Content promoting illegal goods, services, trafficking, or self-harm.
You may not resell, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service; circumvent the Service's safety systems, paywalls, or rate limits; or use the Service where it is unlawful. Accounts used for any of the above are terminated without refund.
6. Your content and licence
You can write text for the characters you create (names, descriptions, greetings, personality notes) Those characters are private to you and are not shown to other members. You are responsible for that text. By writing it you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store, and reproduce it within the Service in order to provide it to you. We may remove any character or text that breaches these terms or that is the subject of a valid complaint under our DMCA and Copyright Policy.
Images and video are produced by the Service's own generative models; the Service does not accept photo or video uploads. Content generated for you is for your personal, non-commercial use. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, its catalogue characters, and its branding.
7. Reporting
To report content that violates these terms, email support@peaches.chat with the page address and the character name. Reports are reviewed and actioned promptly, and violating content is removed.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Peaches is entertainment. It is not advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or psychological) and is not a substitute for human relationships or professional care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or where required by law or by our payment providers. You may close your account at any time from Settings (Delete account) or by emailing support@peaches.chat.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where they affect billing, take effect from your next renewal. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Solmark agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each of us consents to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing a claim, please email support@peaches.chat so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If you live in a jurisdiction whose consumer-protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by this section.
